These critical services will enable our perinatal support experts to visit each family while building confidence and lowering the risks of postpartum depression, ensuring proper care of the newborn, and reviewing issues and concerns by the mother all paid for by grants & donations.
Home, office, or virtual visits. Parents will feel empowered to care for themselves and their babies right from the start. Feeding concerns will be addressed immediately and maternal postpartum issues can be abated.
Everyone and anyone. This initiative targets families in pregnancy and the postpartum period, addressing the widespread issue of insufficient support, affecting over 60% of mothers. We aim to empower you in this season of life.

Sarah Glenn has spent more than 36 years supporting families through pregnancy, birth, feeding, postpartum recovery, and early parenting. Her work blends clinical expertise with compassionate, relationship-centered care to help mothers feel seen, supported, and empowered. Sarah’s background includes childbirth education, full-spectrum doula work, La Leche League leadership, lactation consulting, perinatal mental health support, newborn care, perinatal yoga, craniosacral therapy, and infant oral function support. She is especially passionate about helping families navigate the emotional and physical transitions of parenthood while building confidence in themselves and their babies. Through Mothering the Mother, Sarah creates spaces where women can heal, connect, learn, and be cared for—because she believes that when mothers are supported, families thrive.
